The unemployment situation in Ghana has left many youth in the country hopeless, as they see thousands of students graduate form tertiary institutions every year, and add to the pool of unemployed graduates in Ghana. Though we could not eradicate unemployment completely from Ghana, we could not look on the situation unconcerned, hence the birth of Mentors Foundation to bring about positive change in the lives of Ghanaian youth and that of Africa.
